- work with 25 teenagers, 12-15 years old
- support Teen Programming Director
- act as a role model for lower-income youth

Ideal candidate would be able
to:
- take initiative (if we have some down time you would be able to
organize an activity)
- lead a conditioning class once or twice a week for kids who
will be trying out for school sports teams in the fall (it's
something we tried last year for 30 minutes twice a week and the
kids liked it)
- is already CPR certified (if not, we can provide certification
class)
