    • support Teen Programming Director
    • act as a role model for lower-income youth

    Qualifications:
    • some experience working with teenagers
    • strong personality! I need someone who can be as loud as the teens and who will command respect.

    • ability to be outside in the sun and heat for extended periods of time
    • feels comfortable being in the water (you don't need to be an excellent swimmer)

Ideal candidate would be able to:
    • take initiative (if we have some down time you would be able to organize an activity)
    • lead a conditioning class once or twice a week for kids who will be trying out for school sports teams in the fall (it's something we tried last year for 30 minutes twice a week and the kids liked it)
